New Project Announcement: Oval Village Block B

EAG is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious Façade contract for the Oval Village Block B project in Kennington, London. The impressive 18-storey block is made up of 11-storey residential blocks and 6-storey commercial blocks that set the stage for an exceptional living experience with 234 residential units enveloped by exquisite private resident gardens and extensive landscaped spaces.

Oval Village boasts luxurious on-site facilities including a gym, swimming pool, private cinema, workspace, and more. As the ultimate space to relax in the heart of London, Oval Village is also conveniently located near key transport links allowing residents to fully embrace the vibrant city life.

EAG is honoured to be entrusted by Berkeley Homes (Central London) Ltd to deliver an array of premium architectural elements for this landmark project. Our scope of work includes the installation of Reynaers Aluminium CS77HI aluminium windows and doors, CW50-HI aluminium curtain walling, 3mm aluminium rainscreen cladding, and PPC Aluminium copings. We will also provide siderise firestopping, aluminium louvres, and fire cladding to the balcony stubs, ensuring the highest standards of safety and aesthetics.

To further enhance the overall design and functionality of the building, EAG will incorporate several standout features. From Record revolving entrance doors to the Strata Corona Brise Soleil, every element has been chosen to create a seamless alignment that not only pleases the eye but also delivers practical results.
