Windows 

EAG design and fabricate the full range of opening aluminium windows in any finish architecturally available. Super-insulated frames with industry leading Uf values in high performance triple glazed format are supplied using systems from Schuco International, Hueck, Reynaers and Kawneer. Often, bespoke extrusion capping’s and fins and added to the base configuration to deliver the design intent.

Doors

EAG design and fabricate the full range of opening aluminium door in side hung, sliding and bi-fold configuration in any finish architecturally available. Super-insulated frames with industry leading Uf values in high performance triple glazed format are supplied using systems from Schuco International, Hueck, Reynaers and Kawneer. Very large panoramic sliding units with minimal framing can be supplied in a manual or automated operation.

Stick curtain wall

Although less tolerant of building movement and deflection, stick curtain wall designs are more popular than ever as the envelope solution of choice in many low rise applications. EAG ensure that the correct structural capacity of mullion is selected and that the bracketry design at the building interface accommodates all movement and racking.

Again, available in any architecturally available finish, EAG fabricates systems from the industry leading providers adding fins, glass blades and other solar control measures to meet the design intent and improve the overall g value of the façade. In addition to aluminium solutions, EAG offer laser welded steel T, box and UB sections bespoke manufactured with the required wall and flange thicknesses capable of large unsupported spans.

Unitised curtain wall

Designed for full factory fabrication and glazing allowing full manufacturing QA quality, unitised systems are intended for high rise applications with no external access where high weathering performance, high thermal rating and rapid installation via floor crane or mono-rail are the main project drivers. EAG’s fabrication facilities are equipped with two five tonne overhead cranes allowing the largest units to be fabricated and successfully handed. Either fully glazed or panelised and skinned with aluminium, copper, stainless or stone can be offered to suit your requirements, all delivered on our own transport. Off the shelf designs from the leading system houses are offered, but more often than not bespoke solutions are designed to suit the project with full off site dynamic performance, thermal and acoustic testing.

Through Wall Construction

To maintain the single point responsibility EAG undertake the complete through wall package from the internal SFS and secondary steel work to the outer face of the rain screen in whatever material providing all structural calculations, thermal, condensation and acoustic analysis.

Rain screen cladding

In addition to the glazed elements EAG design and install a complete range of rain screen products from a wide palette of materials. Extensive sheet metal fabrication facilities including pre-treatment and powder coating capacity for panels up to 4m x 2m means aluminium is the material of choice, but any commercially available product can be incorporated. In past projects EAG have successfully installed rain screens in timber, terracotta, stainless mesh, copper, brass, zinc, high pressure laminates, engineered stone, real stone and GRC.

Atria roofing and walling

EAG’s experience in this product sector is known industry wide and through the 80’s and 90’s the company did little else, having complete some of the largest glazed roofs in the UK. Bespoke design with enhanced features over above standard curtain walling systems are often required to accommodate drainage a low slope applications.
