ISG appointed EAG as specialist glazing sub-contractor to provide a unitised construction facade incorporating high performance double glazed windows with Moleanos Limestone infill, as part of this multimillion pound development. This prime redevelopment located in the heart of London’s City provides 5,390 m2 of office accommodation on the ground and nine upper floors; the building also has a lower ground floor and basement. The design of the building incorporates unitised curtain walling and stone cladding elements to its façade, with terraced areas at floors 7 and 9. The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM Excellent environmental rating, “through a design focused on the use of high performance building materials and highly efficient mechanical and electrical services”.
