Construction News Project of the Year Winner, July 2019

Greenwood Place Community Centre

EAG was commissioned by Kier Construction in July 2017 as specialist facade trade contractor to provide a mixture of high-performance aluminium curtain walling, windows and sliding doors as part of this multi-million-pound development.

Located in Kentish Town, the new three-storey 3,228 sq m Community Resource Centre provides separate, dedicated, high-quality services for people with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health problems. In addition, it also provides services for younger people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and autism.

EAG successfully completed their contract for Kier in October 2018. The scheme was delivered on time, on budget, and with zero defects at handover.
