Commercial Manager – Mildenhall

To work alongside the Construction Managers and Project Management teams.  The successful candidate will be commercially aware and able to contribute a contractual view to projects.  Main duties to include:  Ownership, monitoring and management of whole-project cost and value for the works.  Management of change control and contract mechanisms for cost recovery.  Financial management of subcontractors.  Administering the payment of subcontractors, customer invoicing and maintaining the supporting documentation underpinning these activities.  Subcontract requisitioning.  Ensure all relevant documentation is collated, available and maintained as required.

The ideal person will have an enthusiasm to learn and develop with strong numeric and financial management skills and a keen eye for detail is imperative.  Must be proficient in the use of MS packages; Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project.  ONC or HNC in Construction Management or similar with experience of working in a construction environment. 

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm based at our offices in Mildenhall and will require some site visits.


Estimator – Curtain Walling/Glazing

Working individually and within a team you will be responsible for undertaking full tender submissions £1m to £15m within deadlines, liaising with main contractors, sub-contractors and architects.

The ideal trained candidate should have experience in estimating in the glazing industry and be able to estimate from first principals, carryout takeoffs and price from BOQ.  These qualities will enable the issuing of consistently high quality tender submissions with our strategy & procedures, having good interpersonal skills, fluent written and spoken English and being proficient in Word & Excel. 

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm based at our offices in Mildenhall.


Designers – Mildenhall, Attleborough and Cannock

The successful applicants will have experience in curtain walling and cladding systems and be able to work on multiple projects within a team.  Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD will be required.   Applicants will be used to handling their own projects and work load with minimal supervision, and possess a high level of organisation and communication skills. Capable of prioritising their own workload from their own initiative, whilst providing support to the Design Manager and other members of the team.

Ideally educated to HNC, HND, or Degree Level in a construction or design related subject, as well as having an existing knowledge and understanding of the Curtain walling or Cladding industry.  This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm based at our offices in Mildenhall, Attleborough and Cannock.
