Nestled between Paddington, St John’s Wood and Kilburn, Fourwestnine has been designed to capture the splendour of Maida Vale and its surrounding location.
This desirable, prime postcode combines the fashionable with the traditional boasting both the gateway to London’s West End and the picturesque water ways and stunning architecture of Little Venice.
The development comprised a total of 43 two and three bedroom residential apartments, where EAG were appointed directly by Crest Nicholson to work on this luxury scheme.
EAG’s exterior glazing was designed to create a feel of elegance befitting the location whilst ensuring the highest thermal and air tightness standards were achieved.
A high performance, aluminium FW50+ curtain walling system, RS50 windows and RS65 door systems from Schuco International along with 60m2 internal 60/30 fire rated curtain wall was utilised to maintain the client’s signature of outstanding quality.
The ten month programme was completed in March 05.
