EAG secure an appointment in Covent Garden

English Architectural Glazing have been appointed by Wates Construction to provide the glazing and external cladding as part of a multi million pound redevelopment scheme for developer Longmartin Properties Ltd, a Joint venture between Shaftesbury PLC and the Mercers Company, at St Martin’s Courtyard in the heart of London’s vibrant Covent Garden.(stmartinscourtyard.com).

 

This new and exciting shopping, eating and drinking destination is a mixed use scheme offering aspirational retail and restaurants, alongside premium office and residential accommodation. EAG begin their work in August 2009 and the development will open to the public in summer 2010. The Architects are MR Partnership and Smith Caradoc-Hodgkins, and the scheme is being Project Managed by Single Point Project Management.
