English Architectural Glazing Ltd (EAG) is on the verge of completing a £2.9m contract on the new 103,000sq ft Belvedere House office development on Booth Street, Manchester.
The Suffolk based firm undertook extensive work to the exterior of the eight storey landmark building. This included the installation of curtain walling, and terracotta and aluminium rain screen cladding.
Belvedere House, designed by Aedas Architects and built by Wilson Bowden Developments, is located in the hub of Manchester’s business district. It boasts secure underground parking and private terraces with stunning views over the city. It also features a large, double height entrance foyer and reception area with media wall.
EAG’s Pre-Construction Director, Edward Whipp, said: “This is a superb feature in one of the most vibrant cities in the UK. This unique and iconic building was an exciting project for EAG to be involved with and we are delighted to be completing this scheme on schedule.”
Belvedere House offers sophisticated Grade A office space housed within a shell of dark grey terracotta tiles, metallic silver rain screens and dark grey granite.
