EAG on show in London’s West End

 

High Holborn, TravelodgeSpecialist contractor, English Architectural Glazing has completed a nine month, £1.8m contract with GallifordTry to design, manufacture and install specialist glazing to the new Travelodge in High Holborn, London.

 

The contract formed part of a £13m programme of work to convert a 16-storey 1960’s pre-cast concrete office block near the British Museum into a 185 bedroom hotel with restaurant and bar.

 

EAG specified Schuco FW50+ curtain walling, 180no Schuco RS50 windows, 2300m² AME rainscreen panels and 1334m² Kingspan insulated panels.

 

The hotel opened in early July.
